Building Sets: Helpful way To Deal with Anxiety Or Panic

I have always experienced anxiety. It started when I was young and had personal problems. Since then, it became part of my everyday life. Knowing how to calm anxiety is not easy. Over the years I have tried many things.

When I look back, I realize that I spent a small fortune on self help for anxiety and depression. Many others find themselves in the same boat. Personally, I have tried everything from yoga to diamond painting. But, it was not until I came across a group of Block Play Theorists that I finally found a solution.

Common Reason For Panic and Anxiety

As human beings, we panic and experience for all sorts of reasons. A fear of flying is not only a phobia, it is only a condition that can cause panic and anxiety. If you are scared of flying, you probably experience anxiety before you get on the plane. Once on the plane, you may even panic.

If you can learn to control feelings of anxiety and panic, you can cope with the situation much better. By playing with building blocks, you can train your brain to conquer anxiety.

Of course, there are many other reasons why we experience anxiety. You may be going through a stressful period in your life. Perhaps you have lost your job or moved home. Instead of sitting on the sofa feeling anxious, it is better to get on and do something. Embroidery and diamond painting may help some.

Another reason for anxiety is also living in a stressful environment. If you live in a big city, you are more likely to experience anxiety. Going home to do something constructive often helps.

Loneliness is a common cause of anxiety and depression. More and more people are living on their own and maybe far away from family. Having a hobby can help.

What Is Block Play Theory?

No, it's not some advanced form of quantum physics. Instead, you could say that building block games are a form of treatment. Children have long benefited from building blocks games. It can help them learn and concentrate. Building block games are also a good form of mental stimulation.
What happens when you use blockplay? It seems that our brains respond to us playing with building blocks. It works for both adults and children. If you have ever played with building blocks, you may realize that you feel calmer.
Adults experience this feeling of peace when they play with bricks and need help to relieve their anxiety.
I found a community around the buildings in the neighborhood. You can join a Facebook group. There may even be local community groups that can help you develop new hobbies.
Others find it helpful to work on large projects such as building blocks. It's not just an act of building something that helps. When you complete the block-building project, you also have something to be proud of.
This is where I intervene. I find that building blocks are more helpful to me than yoga or adult coloring. Yes, until I came across building blocks, I tried a lot of things. Adult coloring is just one of them.
Anyway, I can raise my hand and say I like building blocks. Before I realized this, I had built an entire village. This is one of the hobbies you can participate in and enjoy.

Conclusion

Would I ever give up block play? Although I do have other hobbies, I don't think that I will give up block play. It has certainly helped me to manage my anxiety.

I feel that I can lose myself when I am working on my kits. Needless to say, I get a real kick of displaying after I have finished them. When you have been building kits for a while, you may want to invest in a display case. I have recently bought a display case for my kits. All of my kits look really great displayed.

When I come home, I immediately feel a sense of pride. The kits are cheerful and put a smile on my sense. There is certainly a lot more to Block Play than meets the eye. It has done wonders for my anxiety.
